Driven by a progressive and realistic philosophy, the Hill College continues to assist young people in creating their own opportunity by ensuring sound foundations are laid today, as it has been doing since 1963.

Post Matric
Many school leavers are undecided about their future careers or are not quite ready for tertiary education. At the Hill College we recognize the need for some to bridge the gap between Grade 12 and "life after school", but most importantly being in the position to make long term career choices. This has resulted the Hill developing the highly successful UFA program for post-matrics drawing on over 50 years of experience is this field.
Maths & Science
At the Hill College we acknowledge that mathematics and physical sciences are the two subjects in which many learners struggle. It is, generally accepted by many parents that they will be enrolling their children into private extra maths and/or science classes due to their child’s results achieved not meeting the requirements for university acceptance.
Graphic Design Courses for Scholars / Students & Adults
As a full time school subject, part-time course (week day afternoons), Saturday morning personal skill development classes.
The purpose of our graphic design courses is to equip the trainee with the fundamental skills required in the exciting world of graphic design. Training is offered in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop CS & CorelDraw programs. The only pre-requisite is that applicants are computer-literate, and students from the age of 14 years and adults may apply.
